Enter your school name in the search bar at the top of the page. Any needed information will be on your school’s specific page. If any additional information is needed, please email customercare@legacystudios.com

When on your school specific page, scroll down to view the sitting types available. Click on the sitting desired, which will bring you to a section with a “Book” button. Click “Book”, and you will now see a calendar where you can choose a date and time for your appointment.

Any information about what is required for your sitting will be listed under “What to Bring” on your school specific page.

In order to figure out what you should wear to your sitting, read over the information on your school’s page. This page will go over in detail what your school has selected as your yearbook photo requirements.

• If your school requires a tux or drape for your photograph: Tuxes and drapes will always be provided by Legacy. Gentlemen should wear a white t-shirt and ladies should wear either a tube top or a spaghetti strap tank top.
• If your school requires a tie and jacket or blouse: You are responsible for supplying your own outfit, unless your informational letter states otherwise. Keep in mind that solids photograph best, and make sure that your items are ironed and ready to go for the day of your shoot.
• If your school has no requirements: You are responsible for supplying your own outfit. Still keep in mind that solids photograph best, and try to choose a more classic versus contemporary outfit. The more classic an outfit is, the better it will age in a photograph over time. Ladies, please no tube tops, as they will not be visible in headshot.

Your picture will be taken in a variety of poses and outfits (depending on sitting option). You will then choose the pose you would like included in the yearbook. Before you leave, please provide a valid email that we can send the proofs to in approximately 2 weeks.

Please open your confirmation email and click on “View Appointment Details”. From there, you can modify or cancel your appointment until the day before your scheduled time.

We do not offer complimentary retakes so the sitting fee would need to be paid again. Once the new images are captured, they will be added to the existing gallery, making all the images available to you

When you purchase a digital download, a link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. When you visit the link, you will be able to download your images directly to your computer. You will also receive a copyright release attached to the email that gives you ownership of your photos. There are no refunds for digital downloads.

The coupon code must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. We cannot discount your order once it has been submitted.

To check or change your yearbook selection please log into your gallery and select Choose Yearbook Pose on the main screen. Follow the instructions on the page. You MUST click ‘save’ in the bottom right corner.

Images are hosted online for the current school year only. At the end of the school year, photos are removed from the site, and are no longer available to view or purchase online. After images are deleted from our website, special actions must be taken with Customer Care to re-create your gallery. IF RECOVERABLE, an additional fee will be charged before you are able to purchase your images.
